Help reduce bright lights before bed. Easily fits over my reading glasses! Thank you!

I have been using my blue light blocking glasses for a couple of weeks and I believe they make a positive difference combined with a consistent bedtime routine. This encourages me to keep wearing them so establishing this habit has been quite easy.

These glasses fit well over my progressives and are comfortable. I put them on 1-2 hours before bed. I haven’t noticed an improvement in my sleep but happy to give them a go for a while.

I wear them when I'm watching the tele or using my computer or phone in the evenings.Blocking out blue light ensures that I get a good nights sleep.
