These glasses have seriously improved my sleep. I used to really struggle dropping off, sometimes lying in bed for 2 hours or more before finally dozing off. Now I’m consistently falling asleep 10 minutes or less after going to bed. And I feel way more energised throughout the day because of it!

This is my first pair of blue light blocking glasses and I am really happy with them. They are definitely a lot more "normal" looking than some others on the market and they are comfortable. Since I have started using them, I am noticing a significant increase in the quality of my sleep and I feel I am getting more REM sleep too. I highly recommend trying them!

Very pleased with these glasses. Comfortable & as I have observed, eliminate completely blue light and reduce the intensity of green light. The f.lux program comes into action at night on my computer and I also wear these glasses; after a few minutes I am not aware tht I am wearing the glasses & another positive effect is that the white background is less glaring (one problem with windows 8). With these glasses melatonin production should start earlier at night. Even better if I keep them on until I go to bed.

OMG what an amazing experience. I have bought the cheap version years ago. Used it a few times than put it a side as it was super uncomfortable, didn’t see well and had not noticed any difference. First day wearing my blue light blocking glasses, I live them. I can still work on my lap top late and fall a sleep after. Also live night driving with them, cuts the glare of the incoming cars, it’s amazing. I even used it as a sun glasses during the day. I feel cool in them as they don’t look ******, like my cheap ones did. Thank you for this amazing product.
