I wanted to give both the Sweet Dreams and the Twilight lights a try for a few weeks before reviewing. Love them. I now have to find a 2-globe lamp that will allow me to switch from one to the other without having to remove one in order to use the other. I read for at least an hour in bed before sleeping most nights. The lights have helped me relax. I have also noticed my eyes don't feel as strained and tired the way they used to, even if I've been on the computer all day at work. Thank you for this.
I've been using the twilight red light bedtime bulb for about 2 weeks and have been waking earlier and feeling more refreshed. I use it to read before bed and the light is bright enough to see clearly. I'd previously been using blue blocking glasses before bed but my sleep has improved more since using the light bulb.
I have only been using the globe for about a week. The kids love it, and call it our night vision light . Once other family members got all of their red light jokes out of their system, I’m pleased to say that since using the globes I’m waking feeling like I’ve actually had a decent sleep. No longer waking at 3-4am and cursing the blue light my husband left on in the hallway. The colour can take a bit of getting used to initially, but I can see us one day finding it completely weird to have anything but a red light at night. My recommendation would be to buy a globe for bedside lamp, or walk in closet (if you have one).
These bulbs are perfect for our bedrooms and bathroom so we don't have to expose ourselves to horrible bright lights close to bedtime. They were shipped extremely quickly too, really terrific customer service. Thanks!

So far very good. My sleep cycle was severely impacted by the onset of daylight saving, and I bought the bulb to help synchronize it with the new diurnal rhythm (by training my body to sense "night" at the appropriate time) and by going to bed an hour earlier. I have already obtained a significant improvement, Recommended.
I recently bought some red light bulbs and can thoroughly recommend them. I was concerned that they would be too dark to read by but they are actually quite bright and really help me and my family relax before bed. I also bought a no blue light bulb which give off a lovely amber glow and is also very relaxing. I love these products so much I’m going to buy them for every room in my house!
Good quality, works great for me. I like to use it for reading a little before hopping into bed. Only side effect is that with this lamp, I get so sleepy fast that my books take longer to be finished ;)
