Love this light, use it in the spare room where i work on a computer all day and week, its a dark room so the morning light is needed, have one in the living room which is mainly used after dark in winter, and have one in the campervan

We started with one in the office and found it soothing in the evenings and bright enough on those cloudy rainy days when the lights were needed. This inspired us to install in our lounge area too. I am hoping to use them in our renovation in another house. Fantastic product. Highly recommended.
This light is great, I am trialling it as a grow light for my plant cuttings that are in a spot that doesn’t get much natural daylight so we’re not growing well. It easily slotted into my existing downlight hole and so far so good, plants are starting to produce new leaves even in winter.
I love this light because I can change it according to the needs of my family. It doesn't irritate my eyes or give me headaches like the LEDs

A great invention! I'm using it in my bathroom. Sometimes I want full light to apply makeup etc but at night when I go to the bathroom before bed I dont want blue light. This invention allows me to choose when I use each. Very easy to install. Just swapped it for the conventional downlight that was there. Works as expressed to switch between modes.

I have an 'office' in the house which needs constant artificial light from 4 bulbs in the ceiling. Originally these were 2 warm white and 2 full spectrum. I have changed the combination to 3 warm white and 1 biolight full spectrum. This combination prepares me for sleep production of melatonin, when I have to work at night rather than the brain thinking it was still daylight.
The ease with which this light provides full spectrum 'daylight', or an 'evening' light, and finally a 'night' light is literally as simple as a flick of the switch. It just cycles between each of the three settings each time it is switched on. It would be good in smaller rooms or where you are happy with relatively low light levels, but you may need two or more for larger spaces or if you want brighter light, especially for the 'daylight' mode.
The Amber option is perfect for watching Tv, and snuggling down with a book. The daylight option is perfect for ironing and needlework. The only improvement would be colour morphing!
