I started my research for RLT face mask. But after months of research of RLT benefits, I wanted something more than just a mask. I exercise a lot for landscape work, muscles get overworked, and also have sleep issues, which the light were all mentioned as a benefit. Although I have only had for a few weeks, I feel an overall benefit. Although as of yet not getting more sleep, when I use the panel, I feel and look more refreshed. Of course for all I read, consistency is important to max the benefit. This panel is really well made. It works super well. I use the phone app which is easy to use, and shuts itself off when your set time is up. You can easily change all thru app or on panel. This panel was recommended on many sites that research panels, and I would recommend.

I love this panel, I have previously used my daughters panel (by Platinum Biomax) whilst they are both great, I prefer this Blockblue light panel as it gives off a little soothing heat whereas the platinum Biomax one is quite cool when in use,
This panel can also be used any time of day as it has no blue light whatsoever so u get a good nights sleep even if used before bed.

I’ve been using the Panel Max from Block Blue Light and it’s easily one of the most impressive red-light therapy panels I’ve come across — both in build quality and in how much control it gives the user.
What really sets the Panel Max apart is the ability to independently control wavelengths (including red, near-infrared, amber, and deep NIR). This isn’t a “one button does everything” panel — you can genuinely tailor sessions for skin health, recovery, metabolic support, or sleep without overdoing it. That level of precision is rare at this price point.
The output is powerful but manageable, the cooling is effective (even during longer sessions), and the app control is intuitive and reliable. Being able to save custom presets makes it easy to stay consistent without constantly tweaking settings.
I also appreciate that Block Blue Light takes a measured, science-respecting approach. The panel is strong enough to deliver results, but the design encourages sensible dosing rather than blasting yourself unnecessarily — which matters a lot with near-infrared.

We just recently learned about RLT, and after mjuch research settled on the MEGA Power Panel from BlockBlueLight.
