Currently we offer flat rate shipping & handling costs to all of Australia and New Zealand

  • Australia - $9 Shipping and Handling - 1-6 Business days
  • New Zealand - $12 Shipping and Handling - 3 -7 Business days

International Shipping

We offer discounted rates for international shipping.

Shipping costs to areas outside Australia are calculated at checkout. 

Shipping Times

Our warehouse is located in Sydney Australia. Shipping times vary depending on your address. Here is a rough estimate:

  • NSW - 1-3 days
  • VIC & QLD - 2 -4 days
  • All other Australia States - 3-6 days
  • New Zealand Main Centres - 3 - 7 days
  • All other New Zealand addresses - 3 -7 days.
  • All other international locations - 5-15 day

 

Returns

You can exchange or return for refund a product you have purchased from BlockBlueLight within 30 days of purchase. 
Please email our customer services department at info@BlockBlueLight.com.au and let us know the issue and whether you would like to return or exchange your BlockBlueLight Product.
Your right to exchange or return is subject to the following conditions: 
- BlockBlueLight must take receipt of the return or exchange product within 30 days of receipt of your purchases. 
- The product is in new and resalable condition.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return or exchange your pair of glasses to us.
- If you request a refund, it will be credited to the same account as the account from which the original payment was made. 

 

Missing Parcel

BlockBlueLight not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. We will to the best of our ability attempt to resolve any issues that may arise during transit, but make no guarantee of such. All shipping will be tracked and a tracking number provided at point of shipment from Australia. The number can be used by you to locate any missing parcels with your national carrier.

 

Faulty Products

Our products are all hand checked before they are neatly packaged up for you. However, if your product is faulty, we will comply with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. We will refund your payment or exchange the product at no cost to you. We will also cover shipping costs.
