Shipping rates

FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $99 to all of Australia and New Zealand

Currently we offer flat rate shipping & handling costs to all of Australia and New Zealand for orders under $99:

  • Australia - $9 shipping and handling - 1-4 business days
  • New Zealand - $9 shipping and handling - 1-4 business days

International shipping

We offer discounted rates for international shipping for orders over $80AUD.

  • Worldwide - $14 shipping and handling - 5-12 business days (Orders over $80AUD)

Shipping times

We have warehouses is located in Sydney and NZ. Shipping times vary depending on your address, but rough estimates are:

  • NSW - 1-3 days
  • VIC & QLD - 2-4 days
  • All other Australian states - 3-6 days
  • New Zealand metropolitan centres - 1-3 days
  • All other New Zealand addresses - 2-5 days
  • All other international locations - 5-12 days

 

Returns

You can exchange or return for refund a product you have purchased from BlockBlueLight within 30 days of purchase. 
Please email our customer service team on info@BlockBlueLight.com.au and let us know the issue and whether you would like to return or exchange your BlockBlueLight product.
Your right to exchange or return is subject to the following conditions: 

  • BlockBlueLight must take receipt of the return or exchange product within 30 days of receipt of your purchases;
  • The product is in new and resalable condition;
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return or exchange your product to us; and 
  • If you request a refund, it will be credited to the same account as the account from which the original payment was made. 

 

Missing parcels

BlockBlueLight is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. We will to the best of our ability attempt to resolve any issues that may arise during transit, but can unfortunately make no guarantees. All shipping will be tracked and a tracking number provided at time of shipment. This tracking number can be used by you to locate any parcels with your national carrier.

 

Faulty products

Our products are all hand checked before they are neatly packaged up for you. However, if your product is faulty, we will comply with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law and refund your payment or exchange the product at no cost to you. We will also cover shipping costs.
