Our ScreenTime Premium Daytime Filter Glasses are specially designed for people who spend long hours in front of digital screens. They feature our advanced ClearBlue Lenses, engineered to filter high-energy visible blue light commonly emitted by screens and artificial lighting.

These lenses filter approximately 50% of blue light across the full blue light range (400–500nm), supporting visual comfort during screen use and helping to reduce screen-related fatigue and discomfort from prolonged exposure to modern lighting environments.

Unlike many standard clear lenses on the market that filter blue light only in the lower spectrum (around 400–430nm), our ClearBlue Lens technology is optimised to filter 50% of blue light at 455nm—a key wavelength emitted by LEDs and backlit screens.

    Very helpful

    Purchased these for my partner and now he swears by them and doesnt go a day of work without them. His work has a lot of fluorescent lighting and he is on the computer a lot, so they have made a huge difference to his eyestrain and brain fuzz. I got my blue light glasses from a different company and they don't block as much blue light and feel way worse quality for the same price, so I'll probably be getting a new pair from here as well since his are so good! They seem a bit heavy (thicker metal frames) and his nose isn't used to them, so he's got red spots/bruising on his nose bridge until his body adjusts to wearing glasses, but he's happy. Mine are cheap plastic and pop up on my nose constantly so I recommend this company's glasses instead for sure.

    Exactly what my eyes needed

    As someone who works from home full time, I can't expect perfect lighting conditions all the time, and I had no idea what was causing my eyes to feel strained after only short periods of focus. Now, I'm working with triple monitors and a backlight to better see any papers or notepads on my desk, and my glasses from BlockBlueLight allow me to work without strain; I'm more productive, I'm healthier, and my increased attention means that now my only problem is remembering to take regular breaks!     Stops headaches and dry eyes

    Loved what they did for my eyes but the style was too big, unfortunately. Sent them back to swap for the Billie style and am very pleased with both the glasses and the speed of delivery.

    These specs are fantastic for daylight time while one is working indoors. I would rate these the best blue light glasses I have ever had. Built is also rich and made from quality materials. The comfort it provides is oustanding.

    Great service...and great glasses!

    I already had a pair of blue light glasses from another provider but the frames were plastic and broke after a fairly short time frame. In addition, the lenses were hard to clean

    I then ordered a pair of Block Blue Light glasses from Daniel and his team. The glasses are excellent, much more sturdy, easier to clean and they provide much better vision

    The service from Daniel and his team was great, and I highly recommend both them and their products!
