I have noticed less eye strain than without the filter, and I feel better knowing my blue light exposure is limited. Really easy to attach to phone screen. In full sun you can see it reflecting blue light without disrupting the image. In red light it reflects nothing, just clear display.

Love that I don’t have to worry about the blue light in the evening when I check my phone. It looks really sharp and when the phone is not on it’s so reflective that easily can be used as a mirror. The blue light screen filter was easy to apply. I can see a slight difference In the phone when on so it’s easy to use and adapt to. I’ve combined that with blue light globes in bedrooms and noted everyone sleeping a little better. Let’s hope it slows down the huge increase in my daughters myopia which the ophthalmologist blames on blue light and the lack of outdoor activity.

It seems blue blocking devices are the new craze for snake oil salesmen, so it's really reassuring that BlockBlueLight sell a quality product that is guaranteed to work. When the screen is locked and in the sun, you can see the purple/blue tint it gives off (this is not visible in normal circumstances) - which proves the blue blocking qualities. Good for eyes, but there is a line in the middle of the screen. The top and bottom part of the screen can not response sometimes when I touch it .
