Since I have been wearing these glasses for the 2 hours before my bedtime, I am so sleepy much earlier, I fall asleep quickly and I fall back to sleep easily if my sleep is disrupted. They are an awesome addition to a strong sleep hygiene routine. The only things are that the lenses frequently fog up, so I have to take them off to wipe them - thus exposing me to blue light, and they do let in some light around the top, bottom and sides. The frames are hard plastic and can be a bit uncomfortable behind the ears. But the green and blue light blocking lenses are high-quality and definitely make a big difference to sleep and nervous system health.

i like them. i get a little sleepy after 10 minutes. i need reading glasses so perhaps i should have purchased the wrap arounds which i could put over my readers. never mind. i can work with what i have

Thank you so very much. I have noticed a massive positive difference in my sleep pattern since wearing these. I have had insomnia for decades, however since wearing these I fall asleep much faster and I feel like I sleep deeper and for longer. It has had a profound positive impact on my health and wellbeing. I am so glad I spent the money on these, it was so worth it. I recommend these highly. The only thing is I find they slip down a little because I have a button nose.

Good. Definitely helps get to sleep when I use prior to sleeping.
Also helps when I do nightshift. I use it through the day if I wake to postpone my mind fully awakening until I need to get ready in the afternoon.

it defiently puts less strain on your eyes from artificial light exposure for night, but the one size fits all means that those with bigger noses will have quite a noticable amount of light leaking from the bottom, and i feel strain from that area.
For me its not perfect size wize, the plastic frame strength doesnt seem much of a problem, though it certainly can stand out/isnt at the its alright looking level.
If the size is proper for you/you dont have a big nose, then the appearance isnt a problem and this certainly is a very great, comfortable and versatile piece to have and use
