I’ve been eyeing these for a long time my wife and I have two young kids and the only time we regularly get to hang out together without the kids after they go to bed. I am a more of a bio hacker and she’s more of a free spirit and every now and then we get into a show on Netflix or something and end up watching later than we intended after the kids go to bed. I love the quality time with her. I don’t really like to watch TV, but there are a few shows that I do love to watch. They were a little bit of a splurge, but I convinced my wife because it’s always been a little source of tension because I don’t like looking at the bright screen right before bed. These glasses are really cut out the blue and green frequencies. It’s crazy but they don’t actually make the TV pure orange where it would be hard to distinguish the characters in the setting. There’s still a little bit of color enough to see what’s going on? I’m 40 years old and really value my sleep, especially because of how it impacts my mood and energy the next day. These are awesome. Highly recommended.

Amazing and they work for better sleep! The ONLY downside is that my head is so big that they hurt a lot where they rest behind my ear. I have to tape cotton pads in order to provide a buffer. It would be absolutely needed to add cushioning to that area (just like the cushioning all around the frames). I wear them every evening and wouldn't live (or sleep!) without them! Thank you for solving my long-term sleep challenges!

I feel like I'm wearing a mask when I wear these glasses. They are a snug fit and I don't have gaps around the edges. I use them for watching TV on an evening. I have also found that if needed, I can pop my prescription reading glasses over them to read something but probably not ideal if needing to do a lot of reading.
