These blue light glasses for day use filter 50% of blue light across the entire blue light spectrum (400nm-500nm) to assist with alleviating digital eye strain, sore and tired eyes, headaches/migraines, and blurred vision from both screen time and bright LED or fluorescent lighting in the workplace.

These glasses have made a significant difference to my working day. I used to get headaches a lot as my job is complete computer based. My blue light blocker glasses help to dim down the bright lights. I have noticed that my eyes are less tired / sore at the end of the day. I've been using them for 2 weeks now and I have definitely noticed less soreness in my eyes and less headaches. The glasses are useful when I wear my contact lenses as they offer a layer of protection from all the bright lights in the office. I wish my normal prescription glasses have this kind of blue light blocking capability. I wear the blue light blocking glasses when I'm watching TV too. I hope there are more colours to choose from in the future. I'd love a clear baby pink or turquoise one :-)
