I love my panels. I have two of them on a stand from BBL. It's great to just lie on my bed and do my whole body. The phone app makes it easy to control too.

One thing to consider that I didn't. The height of the bottom of the stand didn't fit under my bed on a base, so I had to use it on a bed with a frame to have enough height.

I had previously bought a tabletop panel but as I have so many different areas that need treating, it is much easier and quicker now with the full panels.

I have put cushions under my lower legs and feet to get them closer to the panels.

It's great to have the option to increase or decrease each wavelength and have control over pulsing as when new research comes out, I can change it to whatever I need.

The customer service was exceptional. I annoyed the team many times with questions and they always answered my emails promptly (even on a Sunday once) and the team always made me feel that it was ok to ask all of the questions.

I purchased my panel primarily to get the energy, recovery and healing benefits. I was aware there were meant to be sleep benefits but imagined that they would not be huge. Apple Watch gives you 3 scores for sleep- duration, consistency, how interrupted. Before buying the panel my 60 day average score for Interuptions was 7/20. A bad night I would wake up 12 times and be awake for 3 hours. My normal was the wake all the time and then struggle to get back to sleep. Since using the panel I am more sleepy going to bed I wake up less often being unaware of being awake and if I am aware much more sleepy and more likely to go back to sleep. My scores on interruptions REM and deep sleep are all improved.

The other benefits which research says come from Red Light Therapy are more difficult to gauge without some metric, however I trust the science. Either way I would buy the panel again for the sleep improvements.

I am still working to find the correct dosage, at the moment my body is telling me I am getting too much (tenderness in some of my joints). Currently I use the panel for 10 mins on my front in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening. I was 6” away and now I am more like 10” away. I will keep experimenting until the joint tenderness goes away but the sleep improvements still exist.

This is a high quality piece of equipment . I have always been super impressed with this company’s products -and not only the products but also the help that you get . I had purchased this product to help with recovery and Sam had given me a great personalised programme as I was aware I had been overdoing it at first! I was really grateful for this - so yes -excellent company all round!

I bought a mid panel and stand a couple of months ago and I’m absolutely delighted with it. Would love to have bought a bigger one but had a limited budget. Use it every day on various parts of my body but mainly focusing on a running injury on my legs following an half marathon (oldest woman in the race 😁) Injury has now recovered and the panel has definitely helped. Now saving for the horizontal stand.

My main focus is my skin, especially my face and back, and the results have been amazing. I’ve been very consistent with daily sessions and I’ve seen a significant improvement in my skin — it looks clearer, more even and overall healthier.

Another thing I love is the size. It’s compact but still very effective. We even took it with us on a road trip, which says a lot about how practical it is.

I just want to start out by saying that I had reached out to customer service months ago because there were issues with tracking for the MEGA panel and there had been no tracking updates for over 18 days. They got back to me super fast and reshipped the panel which I recently just picked up from Canada Post. The representative was really easy to talk to and super understanding of the difficult situation, and they really did go above and beyond! Thank you!

Anyways, as for the actual panel itself... I've only been using it for about a week and the inflamed acne on my face has definitely gone down! I've used red light masks like the one from Current Body (series 2) in the past, which also worked amazing, but I heard that panels offer more benefits so i bought this. The size of the MEGA panel isnt actually as big as I expected for the giant price tag. It does match the dimensions on the website, but for the price, I feel like it could've been bigger. Anyways though, the features are easy to use, and there are MANY of them! You can literally customize it to have as much of whatever wavelength or frequency you want, and the app is super convenient. I think the results speak for themselves! If you have the money for this, definitely go for it! Otherwise, I would say that ive had good results with a face mask as well which are usually on the "cheaper" side of things.
