As a former researcher into human lighting physiology this is my GOTO bed light. Our eyes hace evolved to see best at night in orange/amber and the ability to vary the light output and aim of this ligh means you can find just the amount you need and no more. Bright enough to read, or dimmed and pointed elsewhere to give just enough to navigate your bedroom .

There is nothing cheap about the design. It is a quality and durable product.

The product is well made and works well. And I like being able to recharge the battery with a USB. I am off grid and sometimes don't have electricity during the night. I also like getting enough soft light to see what I am doing if I get up during the night, but not so much that I can't get back to sleep. Using this light instead of bright LED lights in the bedroom is making falling asleep easier.

I'm enjoying this lamp so far. Immediately, I noticed that it makes a difference I how I feel when using it. I'm finding that the color spectrum of the light and the feeling it evokes are helping me to wind down and rest my eyes before bed while still having enough light to read by. It's also super lightweight, flexible, and portable, which a combination I haven't found in a lot of reading lamps.

I absolutely love the NoBlue Amber Sleep Lamp. I have had 2 eye surgeries within the last 5 years and I was noticing some sensitivity to led lights. Since changing the lights in my bedroom, my eyes have adjusted wonderfully and my sleep has never been better. I will be changing all the lights in my home eventually to Block Blue Lights!!!

I got this light because I was initially looking for a cordless nightstand solution (I have a cat that loves chewing on electrical cables!). But the blue light blocking is something I was not aware of prior to purchase, and I must say, not only does my cat not attack my lamp, but it also provides a lovely, calming, soft light for tired eyes from checking a phone or laptop numerous times throughout the day.
