"But I can go to sleep no problem"
One of the most important things to understand is the impact that artificial light has on us after dark.
Yes you can go to sleep, but thats sleep pressure, but that doesn't mean you aree getting good restorative quality deep sleep.
Melatonin is one of the most underrated hormones in our body and artificial light at night inhibits this.
As a free radical scavenger, Cancer cells, it is imperative we protect melatonin production at all cost.
We are gradually reducing all of the after-sunset artificial blue light in the illuminated areas of our home, and I bought one of these for each side of our master bed.
The difference that Zero Blue light at night makes on your sleep is really quite incredible.
Put down that mobile phone and turn off the TV (if you have one in your room for whatever reason) and just use one of these to illuminate a book and read that instead.

Awesome light! Made many BBL purchases but this is my absolute fave. Haven't actually used this as a booklight, great in the tent for camping, in second bathroom for a late night bath and travelling hotels etc to avoid blue light at night. Love that its rechargable and also the 3 light modes are handy when needing something brighter than the deep red light :)

I’m loving this little light. Not just for reading. I carry it with me to me when I need to get up during the night. It’s clipped to my bedroom lamp. Which I tend not to use as much now. I love having the choose to switch between colours. So happy I bought this.

This is a must have! I was super excited to see that a tri-colour one has been brought out, as a few years ago I bought so many of the amber only ones to share with extended family and the kids use it all the time before bed.
There are so many improvements from the ones that I already have - the button on the top is nicer, it is also a USBC charging port (as opposed to USBA in the old version),
I love my new book light and it toggles between the different coloured light settings perfectly! I also love how if you have it on one setting, then turn it off, it will go back to that setting.

This is a fantastic little light, great for use at home, and travel!
I use it at home nightly for reading before bed and it provides plenty of red light for reading without disturbing my husband. It is good for a night light when I get up in the middle of the night. And in the morning, I use the amber light as a portable light before sunrise.
When I travelled overseas, I took this in my carryon for use on the plane, as well as an evening and morning light in the home we stayed in. Very portable and easy to charge with a usb charger.
Highly recommended! It is also a good "starter" if you are wanting to try "no-blue" lights before spending more on additional products.

I knew this would be great, but it really is AMAZING! I travel a lot for work and am always in hotels, etc. I am sensitive to bright lights and this is an absolute game changer. Very small, feels really good quality. Bright enough to get around at night and the dimmable feature is perfect for winding down. My new favourite gadget!
