I've been so impressed with all of the Block Blue Light products that I've purchased so far. Each one is very high quality and thoughtfully designed.

I love this little panel! It's a perfect size and weight for me, as I move around a lot. One thing I've noticed is how it helps me sleep. It's incredible! If I use it for only two or three minutes before my evening meditation, it's almost impossible for me to stay awake during meditation! (I'm now using it AFTER meditation!)

I haven't been using this for very long, so I can't speak to the other benefits yet, but I can tell this is a beautifully designed and powerful little piece of equipment!

This little panel is great for many reasons. It’s versatile and can be taken anywhere.

I’ve recently had orthobioligical treatment on my knees, travelling 4 1/2 hours to receive it over a few months. I was able to take this device to help in my healing progress. My Regenerative Doctor told me I’d be weeks ahead of others due to my using it. I use it over a device stand and sometimes just the boxes it came in as they are sturdy and a perfect height.

I also use it for my face ( as when I bought my panels there was no face wrap available) Again in place a pillow on the stand and just rest it in front of my face.

My husband has used it to target other areas of his body also and uses the stand on the panel.
