Good fit. I was grateful I could swap Billie Blue glasses I had originally ordered for these, as Billie Blue were a bit small for my husband. They make it much easier to fall asleep, and stay asleep, after watching TV in the evening.

Definitely make a difference. If I don't use these at night because I have my reading glasses on instead I don't get tired as early. Can still watch TV with the orange lenses without it affecting colours too much.
