My husband, who suffers from insomnia, refuses to stop watching TV an hour before bed because it’s the only time he has to watch what he wants to watch and he says it helps him unwind and turn his brain off. Understandable. I got these for him for his birthday and he’s worn them every night since EXCEPT last night. He said he had a horrible time falling asleep and his sleep quality was worse than usual. I’m happy it helps him sleep and that my gift was actually useful for him. Definitely worth the buy.

These fit over my glasses easily and comfortably — and without touching or scratching the lenses. Nice and wide. I think the nature of the fitover style means that a little bit of blue light can get in around the edges, but it’s still worth it to be able to block blue light with my prescription glasses on so I can still see!
