    Blocks the blue but the fit could be better

    I ordered large clip ons but the fit is narrow around the nose, which is too tight and squeezes my nostrils. The clips are also too narrow and are too tight on the glasses nose arms.

    They do seem to help with sleep and I find my sleep is better (falling asleep and staying asleep) when I do where the clip ons.

    Great Glasses work well

    When I use these glasses at night when watching movies on my laptop I have no more sleeping problems. Before wearing those glasses I did not sleep well when I used my laptop in the evening

    These work great, but i do have a warning and a minor complaint.

    I got the larger version of these clip-ons because I figured they would block more light in the peripheral field of view. They do, but they are too large, at least for me. Ultimately, this is my fault for underestimating the measurements and the overall fit, but I just figured I'd inform others who may be thinking the same thing. The fitment is not the end of the world, however and is at most a minor annoyance. My problem with this product is that one of the lenses became loose after about a month of usage. I saw the screws holding the lens on and figured you'd be able to tighten the lenses with a screwdriver but you can't. There is glue covering the heads of the screws making it impossible to seat a screwdriver. Seemingly, the only option is to glue the lens or use a pair of pliers to carefully rotate the screws and tighten the lens, or contact the company for a replacement pair. Otherwise, this product performs exactly as you'd expect. These truly are life-changing in our modern, toxic light environment. I sleep like a baby now, and so should you.

    night blue light blocking glasses

    These took a little getting used to because of the intense colour, but after a few days Im used to them. Similar to the day use glasses I love how they protect my eyes and brain and emotions from hurt and fogginess and tiredness.
