This is a must in every household. In this light it allows our body to wind down and get ready for sleep. Helps the kids wind down too. Highly recommend. Am just about to buy more for my house.

The sweet dreams bulbs do exactly what they say on the tin! These provide such warm and relaxing light to use at night time. We have used blue-blocking blubs from other companies but they didn't provide the same warm relaxing hue, these are the best we have used by far!!
